If you do get caught by an online scam, you should report it to:

  • ACORN – The Australian Cybercrime Online Reporting Network (note: a section of the Australian Federal Police) – https://www.acorn.gov.au/
  • ScamWatch – a department of the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) –  common threat types
